3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

My name is Aliya,I'm 18 years old and 228lbs.I started Medifast January 9th and as of today (jan28) I have lost 12lbs.My mini goal is 200,overall 160,a total of 80 lbs.
There has never been a day in my life I don't remember being overweight.My parents overfed me big time when I was younger and I had little to no physical activity most of the time.When I entered marching band my freshman year (284lbs) of high school I slowly started to build stamina and the weight started to come off.Now that I am a senior and no longer have marching band to kick my butt into gear every summer I'm on my own.
I tried fasting for a while which was not good for my health.I felt dizzy and weak throughout the fast,I lost 30lbs over 2 fast (7,14) but gained every bit of it back 2 months later.After so many failed attempts at weight loss(calorie counting,weight watchers,fasting,exercising like a maniac) I feel that Medifast is my last resort
I joined this forum to learn from others and share what ever advice and experiences I have.Hopefully I can be of some use to others.
