Here we go again...

This time for real!

A year ago, I went on a weight loss program and lost about 30 lbs. Then I started dating my boyfriend, and packed it all on again. He's 120 lbs and can eat whatever he wants... which doesn't help me out at all!

Recently, I started eating healthily and I've been waking up early to go for a half-walk/half-run. This time I'm dedicated!

This website has been so useful, both then and now; there's so much info here. :)

Boys...

Don't you love how they can eat anything and gain nothing! :P

My husband ate a bunch of cookies around the holidays and (get this) lost weight. :?: Seriously!

I know you can do it though! :carrot: You'll be healthier too so keep that in mind. We can go on this journey together.

I'm Back to the gym tomorrow after a two week break ! So looking forward to it, I've missed it but everyone in there is sooooo fit and skinny I feel a bit intimidated by them. Just have to keep telling myself that it will be how I look in a year's time. Good luck.

My husband's the same, ugh! Loves his takeaway too, which is rough when I'm trying to be healthy.

I use the walk/run and am gradually increasing the distance, I think it's a great way to exercise. I time myself and increase the amount of running each week.

All the best, I'm doing a bit of a reboot myself too :-)
