I'd like to introduce myself to everyone, my name is Liam and I'm 21!
My entire life I've struggled with weight loss, I've been overweight for as long as I can possibly remember. I was always the fat kid and to be honest I was probaly my own worst enemy, I lacked self esteem growing up and I hated myself. I was living in a bad situation as a child and I emotionally ate, all of these problems eventually led to me being bulimic (Did nothing but make the problem worse) as I got older.
When I was 19 I hit a weight of 500lbs and I broke down and had a epiphany and I changed my eating habits and began to eat healthy and watch anything that I put into my body, after a year I managed to get down to a weight of 400lbs, I am still trying to lose even more weight and I am on a journey to lose until I hit my goal of 200lbs. I start weight watchers within the next week and 2013 is going to be a huge year of change and growth for me, I am now a full time college student and I want to be a generally happier and healthier person. I'm a fighter and I'm going to get to my goal! I found this websites a year ago and was hesistant to join, and after reading so many posts from people and seeing how much of a positive community this is I thought it would benefit me in my weightloss and maybe I could even help someone!
I recently have found out I have a thyroid condition (hypothyroid) and have started to take hormones! hopefully this will lead to a positive change in my weight!
