Hello all!!
It's so nice to have found a place where everyone can feel comfortable to share their weight loss/struggle/misery/etc.. and to get so much support in return. My name is Kay and I've struggled with my weight pretty much since high school, and I'm 24 now. What I've realized is the only person that's holding me back or making it difficult is ME. I'm ready to start this journey (again) and hopefully it will stick this time! I just read one of the other posts, it was a forum for 20-somethings and their weight loss successes so far and it was so awesome and inspiring, they all look great! I look forward to hearing more stories and giving support whenever I can! Thank you all for your contributions to this site because they truly are inspiring and it's nice to be able to share with all of you.:goodvibes

I wish I took control of my weight when I was your age. They say it's easier when you are younger and I never believed them until now!
