Starting Atkins induction today and looking for support :-)

Hey everyone :-).

I am new here and just trying to get used to how all this works lol...

Today is day one of my Atkins journey, I have around 25 pounds to lose to goal and am hoping by April I can accomplish this!! Would be great to hear from anybody else starting or successful on the Atkins diet so I can feel extra motivated!

Any stories will be great and also if anyone has started today like me please feel free to buddy up with me along this journey ;-)

Good luck! Been in induction for almost 2 weeks and down around 7lbs! Just remember absolutely NO cheating!!!
