The Next Right Choice...Hi there!
 

I started this journey at 320 pounds on January of 2011. I lost 90 pounds originally, then last year my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. I flew to be with her for several weeks to help her through her end of life. During that time I reverted to what I know to numb the pain...eating.

Well, I'm back and blogging again and making good next right choices once again. My blog is:
