Hi,

My name is Robert and I'm trying to lose 40+ lbs. I had lost 63 lbs ten years ago while on Atkins, but some lack of focus compounded with surgery pushed me back to where I am today. It's now or never, so I decided on now. Hopefully, I'll start utilizing a blog and progress photos to keep me on the straight and narrow. :)
