Returning to the dieting world.
 

I visited here in 2009 and a lot has changed since then, except of course, my weight! I had a baby 11 months ago, I graduated college and am in graduate school, i'm engaged to be married...the list of changes goes on. I also feel bad, my body aches, I don't sleep well and I am tired and have no energy most of the time. So, here I am...this time, I am determined to do what I have to do to feel better, look better and have an enjoyable life.
