So over this weight!!

Hi all :) I'm new to this site and very new to posting on forums. I'm hoping to find the encouragement to finally stay on my weight loss track. I always start with a bang and fizzle out at about the 20 pound mark!
I've been lurking here for a while just reading posts and finding motivation but I think I need to take the next step.
