Here I go again!

Another year and I am right back where I started. Overweight! I need to weigh myself but I can't find my scale! Lol seriously, maybe in a fit of disgust I tossed it! I want to lose this weight once and for all! Tired of the roller coaster of emotions and the yo yo cycle I have established for myself. Here's to a new year and a new better me:hat::hat::hat::hat:
