Any Newer Moms Looking to Lose?

Hi there! I've been on/off this site for awhile, but 7 months ago I gave birth to my twin girls (also have a 5 year old). I'm finally getting back to focusing on me, but having trouble because I still breastfeed/pump every couple of hours. I find that any kind of cardio hurts because it's hard to find support for "the girls." Anyone else experience this?? I'm looking to breastfeed for another month or so, but really want to get going as well.

Before my pregnancy, I was in the best shape of my life, and was working out 5 times a week, working with a trainer, doing CrossFit, etc. Now I feel like I'm starting from the beginning again (was on bedrest last month of pregnancy) and I have to lose it all again.

Any advice from those who have similar story?

Hi there. I have a one year old and have been gaining weight since I stopped nursing. I was also in the best shape before I became pregnant, and I am having such a hard time getting back into that mode!

I'm not a mother, but congratulations on the new additions!

Hey there!

My baby boy was born in May. I have kind of a complex breastfeeding situation, which resulted in me having a prescription for Domperidone to increase supply, which has made it very hard to lose.
