Newbie, Fat ,Frumpy, Fed up.
 

Hi everybody,
Just joined the site, my name is Moll, I have piled the pounds on after
a bereavement, I know there is no excuse. I am a chocoholic , cant stay
away from it. I want to lose at least 3 st, and also prevent diabetes if I
can , as it is in the family. You all seem like a great bunch of people , so
look forward to chatting.

You just described my life too. A prolonged grief process, dark places, food and seven years later I have gained close to 100 lbs. Now I am coming out of the dark place and I have such a disconnect. When I see myself, I can't connect that huge person to who I am inside. Certain Fat, Frumpy, and Fed up is exactly how I feel.
