Where do I begin?

  • Here I am. All 235 pounds of me. I am SO ready for a change, thus the user name. There is quote that has helped me to realize that I need to make some changes in the way I live my life: "Doing what you have always done, will get you what you have always got". That quote is so true!

    About me: I am a 44 year old mother of three adult children, have three grandchildren. Hubby and I have been married for over 25 years. I am a stress eater. I have gone through a tremendous amount of stress this past few months. Honestly, I feel like crap! I look about like I feel.

    I am about at my wits end. I am so tired of being tired and sluggish and feeling like I am about 65 years old. I want my energy back, I want my life back. I need support and advice through it all. I realize nobody can do this but Me. I am the only one who can implement the changes that I need. I have a myriad of health issues and a lot of them can be attributed to my weight.

    I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself and say that I am open for a support buddy if anyone out there is interested. Thanks in advance!
