I was here in 2005-2006, I lost almost 200 lbs on my own. From 344 lbs to 148. I then had a hysterectomy and went to work at a new job. I am since regained to about 300 lbs. :mad: I am now trying to find a new way to get the weight off since what I was doing before doesn't work so well since the hysterectomy.

I may be having a hysterectomy next month (I have endometrial cancer and trying to get pregnant before the inevitable...) and I am petrified of gaining my weight back after the hysterectomy. :(

Hi! I really packed on the pounds after going back to work, too! I let my busy schedule be an excuse for not shopping for and preparing healthy foods. It is expensive in more ways than one! I pay more per meal, AND have to buy bigger clothes!
Glad to see you are back and working to make changes. So much easier to do with other folks around!
