Hello ladies ! My name is Jennifer and I am 32 yrs old. My husband and I have two children (2 yrs and 10 months) and I live in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been struggling with my weight for my entire life and I'm DONE ! I'm ready to make a change ... I currently weigh 356lbs and I am starting with a goal of being under 300. The thought of losing 170 lbs is just too much for me .. So, 299 here I come. :)

phxjenn - I wish you the best. I'm 33 and decided that I have to lose weight because I have arthritis in both knees. The extra weight I'm carrying doesn't make it any better. I'll officially start my program in February. I'm doing MRC. Just take it one pound at a time and don't beat yourself up. If you fall, simply get back up and keep going. Good luck!
