I've seen this website a few times, and I finally took the plunge and became a member. I see this as a way to
My goal is to lose over 100lbs. While the number is large, I remind myself that there are many people who have lost 100+lbs. Therefore, I should be encouraged by their success. I realize that my past attempts to lose weight have fluctuated for three main reasons: motivation, discipline, and consistency. I'll spend more time taking deliberate actions to overcome each those challenges. What's Next?

I love the 100 reasons idea and may have to steal it! I have strayed from my weight loss goals in the past, but have always found myself coming back here when I decide to get serious again as everyone is so understanding. Many share in my experiences and it is wonderful to be able to relate to others when I feel like I'm surrounded by people at home that don't have a clue. There are tons of inspirational stories on here that I love to look at whenever I start feeling down. |
