Never reached out before..
 

I've been trying to lose weight for some time. The past couple years in college have made my weight peak, and I am just not happy or comfortable with my weight right now. I keep trying to lose weight on my own, convincing myself that I don't need any help or support, but that never works. So this is my first time doing something like this and joining a weight loss community. How helpful have people found this, and do you think it would really help me to finally reach my goals?
