Husband is starting Thursday
 

I have found the diet manual/info really lacking so I started to search for posts and help online. That other forum it turned out was old, LOL, but I got a lot of FAQs/info there. They talked about shakes but I thought hub said little 'meals' were coming. I want to make sure I keep anything I prepare for him interesting and let him have everything that is ok to have. Tomorrow is his last day of eating whatever.

He is starting Medifast. I thought this was a Medifast forum but now I see it is only one page.
