A new me..Happy 2013!

I'm new to this forum. I got on the scale on New Year's Eve..... 200 lbs. :-( I'm 5'4". I have never been this heavy. I'm tired of looking for clothes to hide parts of my body and being short of breath after walking short distances. I'm a 28 year old nursing student graduating in May, and I don't want to be an unhealthy chubby nurse. I've never used a forum, but I could use the tips and support. I'm very excited to be here and start this journey!
