:dizzy: hiya everyone,
ok its that time of year when people start thinking about eating healthier---im no different,however with a couple of big events coming up this year ive got to start moving my arse - literally!!!
ive never done this online thing before but came across this place via a mobile app and just thought why not,give it a go.
im chaz,33 and any help,advice,hints,tips or a hello are all welcome here.
