I'm a 20 year old male from the UK, studying at university, used to be active, in terms of martial arts and general sport, ( 2nd Degree Blackbelt in Taekwondo). However have put on a tonne of weight recently (have always been big, but not this big).
Currently weigh circa 317lb today, only got my first scale today! What a shock, well I knew I was big, but woah. 5ft 10 in height circa.
Looking to buy a Concept 2 rower, and track my progress on here, will make a diary in the other section possibly, want to lose circa 90lb roughly, lets say 100
