This is my very first on 3FC. I have seen this website a million times - mainly because it has come up in results from internet searches. I'm looking for a place of suppport, to laugh and share. I think this could be the place. I am on WW but have I been tracking??? Noooooooo. Why? Well it seems my emotional reaction (eating) takes over faster than I get to pen and paper. I know I need to plan but I am not a planner! I am totally rambling here. But as the title says yes, I was thin once upon a time and yes I was fit then life (and stresses) happened. I'll be posting over in the WW forum.....

Welcome. I feel the same way. Just a few years ago, I spent my time shopping, working out (martial arts, weight lifting) and having a great time. I don't know WTH happened, but I'm trying to figure it out and fix it, one day at a time! Good luck to you
