Hi everyone !

Not really to sure what to type ... My starting weight is 230 and I would like to be 190 by summer . Just looking for support and people going through the same thing .

We have somewhat the same numbers/goals. Welcome :). I've just returned to 3FC after some years away and after regaining what I lost years ago. I always found great support here.
