Hi from Oregon.
I am new to the 3fat chicks forum, so I am learning the ropes. Hope to get some help here with losing weight and to make new friends along the way. Want to do the 2013 Challenge, but I'm not sure how to get on a team? Any suggestions on where I am to go to post for this? Looking forward to being healthy again. :carrot:

Hi Fluffypuppy, yep big dog lover and one cat that owns me.
I have 4 dogs, a Golden Retriever, a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, and two Maltese. I own a dog day care and board dogs and cats. Small business, but I have fun with it.
I have found that now that I'm 50plus, I'm slowing down and seem to get tired faster then I use to....I know this is due to not eating right and never getting out to "work out" without the dogs...HA I tried looking for a "challange" link for weight loss, but I'm not that great with the computer and I'm finding it hard to find what I'm looking for....any suggestions?
