Semi new here... as a poster at least

Hey all. I've been reading on this site for a while now and just decided to make my own account.

I'm 26/f. I am the heaviest I've been ever at 187. I'm 5'8''ish. I weighed in the 150 range for years, but I crashed my dirtbike and busted my knee up... and while I was off my knee for a long while I got super lazy and stopped being active even after it healed. I gained about 35-40 lbs in a span of two years.

But anyway, now I've completely changed my diet. No more processed foods at all. No more restaurants or fast food. I'm not eating organic, just natural. Fresh fruit and veg, whole wheat, plain yogurt, etc. I was up to 194 but have lost those 7 lbs in the last three weeks.

I don't have any cheat days or treat myself because that is a very slippery slope. Plus, I'd feel guilty from all the chemicals and crap they put in processed foods.

I'm not particularly concerned about calorie counting or anything like that. I eat small portions when I'm hungry and exercise (walking, racquetball, eskrima)...

Anyway, just wanted to say hello and good luck to all of you on a weight loss journey yourselves.

Hello and welcome. I too am eating mostly all natural, non-processed foods, although I do mostly organic, but I do still go to restaurants occasionally (but seldom) and will eat other stuff when at a friend's house, etc. But I feel and look SO much better! Sounds like you have a super plan. You can do this.
