Hello everyone. My name is Brooke. I just joined an thought I would introduce myself. I'm 20 years old, 21 in January. I'm a college student studying anthropology.
I have never been thin and it isn't really my goal to be thin, but I know I need to lose weight and be healthier. I was always athletic but about a year ago I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis along with a blood infection under my knee which caused me to have knee surgery. Since then I have been completely lethargic!
So I'm just here to maybe find some motivation, friends, and help. Maybe this will help me be more accountable?
