Hello all

Just saying hello out there. I've never used this kind of an outlet but realize I could definitely use some moral support! I've had a weight problem for 20+ years and lately have hit an all time high. I'm determined to turn things around. I'm good at getting motivated for a short time, but struggle with the daily routine of exercise and eating healthy. I live in the DC area & my dog is my BFF.
