Default Raw food challange to lose weight. SUpport needed!!!!

Hi Everyone......

I would really appreciate all the support i can get in my raw food challange.

Long story short, I have alwways had weight issues and this has always affected me very badly. I was slim until may this year, when i left my partner of 3.5 yrs after finding, that he got with someone behind my back. This totally ruined me and i resulted to eating and ofcourse gained a lot of weight. On top of this, I have been having difficult time at home, work and school so ... thisngs have been difficult.

I would like toget back to shape and have decided to do a 100 days raw food challange.

This is why I need all the support I can get.

I am starting tomorrow and will hopefully achieve great results in 100 days time.

If you google raw food challenge you will find several challenges. It doesn't appear that we have that type of challenge in this website. Good luck to you.

Ugh, that's so hard when you don't get support for your dietary choices on the home front.

There is a great raw food community called raw food talk . com. I'm sure you will find lots of support there. There doesn't seem to be too many people on 3FC that are doing the raw food thing.

Raw food is pretty intense when you start - from the concept to the preparation to what do I eat and how to I cook it, etc. I found it easiest to start 25% raw and now I will be working my way to 50%. Don't know if I'll go any further than that but we will see!

Don't give up, you may have to just start off doing 25 or 50% raw at first and then go full on once you get used to it.
