    Can't use a ticker until you've hit 25 posts? Is that right? Do I have to copy and paste this link every time?

    Hello and

    You have to be here 21 days and have 21 posts (I think it is...something like that). Then go to User CP (top left of page) and "Edit Signature." There is a link there to create the ticker, plus instructions.
