Hi everyone I'm Ally I'm 19 and I'm currently about 30lbs or more overweight I haven't weighed myself in a while cause I get crazy I came here for support by the end of this summer I would like to be down 30-40lbs its going to be so hard for me cause I'm starting work soon but I'm going to give it a try. I lost 20lbs before but I'm starting to gain it back I stopped drinking soda for 2yrs and started again so my weigh is coming back so quick :(. I'm looking forward to making some new friends ;D

Welcome, Ally! You've got ample time to drop 40lbs by summer! Feel free to join in on some of the challenges we got going on; they've really helped to keep me focused on my goal. There are lots of friendly supportive folks here and we're glad to go along on this journey with you! Good luck!!

Hey! I'm also 19 years old and am trying to lose about 35, maybe 40 lbs. I've been dieting since January, and had lost 41 lbs. I slowly started slacking, and stopped going to the gym. I gained about 14 lbs back. My short term goal is to lose the 14 back by christmas. I started slim fast on tuesday and am already down 3 lbs.

Wow, I must've had a MASSIVE brain fart the day I wrote my last comment. I'm 22, not 19. lol

LOL No worries----I've been 29 for several years now! ;)
