Hello Everyone!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Alix (online) and I'm here to talk to others who are trying to lose weight. Why? Well, because a lot of my friends don't understand what I'm going through about my weight. I just started exercising and dieting in order to get ready for a TaeKwonDo competition, but I still feel unhealthy. I hope many of you help me along the way since I have low self-esteem and I'm here to help anyone who needs help.
