Looking to get back down to a healthy weight!

Hello! I am starting a new lifestyle tomorrow! I weight 187 and I'm trying to get back to 150. I'm just sick of feeling insecure and I want to be able to look forward to summer and trying on cute clothes. It's just hard to find the motivation. I hope I can find some motivation here!
