Looking for Support and Understanding
 

Hello Everyone,

My name is Denise and I am a mother of four and wife of 15 years. I work full time and spend the rest of my day driving kids to sports and activities, cleaning house and cooking. My husband is in management so he works long hours. Therefore, it is only me and four kids for the majority of the day. I am looking to lose A LOT of weight, but need guidance and support. I read some of the posts on this site and thought that it was great how people are so helpful and understanding of the struggles of being overweight.

I grew up ashamed of my ridiculously thin body. Then I had children and the weight would come, but not go... Any suggestions??
