I am new to the site and to healthy living/weight loss.
I always felt that even though I was overweight that I was still healthy. My blood pressure and blood work fron yearly physicals were always good. Well, this year was different. I am now on bp medicine and realized that mybody feels older than it should.
I just turned 29, and have decided that I want to be healthy and feel better now, not later. I am still trying to figure out the way to healthy lifestyle. I have stared walking 25 to 45 minutes 5 to 6 days a week. I'm still working on the diet aspect. So far I have lossed 3 pounds. But, this is just the beginning.
