Hello from New Zealand!

Hi,
Very excited to find this forum. I moved from the UK to NZ a year ago. I gained 7 kilos in the first few months. I think it was all the stress of emigrating. My weight has maintained over the last 6 months but now I'm settled and happy I want to lose it.
Have been going to zumba which I love and just started running again. :carrot: feeling very motivated
