Hey guys I don't actually know how I found this website, but I'm glad I did.

I am a 19 year old student from South Africa, and have always been overweight, or so that's what I have always been told.

In the past year, since leaving school and sports everyday, I have put on 44lbs. Making, my oh so grand total, 254lbs.

It really is horrible, because I don't want to be this big. It most definitely plays a toll on my social life.

My goal weight is 176lbs, which means I have 77lbs to lose. Eeeek.

I have very little support at home, so hopefully I will be able to get some here

hi wanting to lose that amount is definitely possible.
I have lost over 60 lbs since the end of june.
Sorry you don't have anyone at home for support but sometimes that's the case.
Congratulations to you at such a young age to recognize the need to change things and having the desire to make that happen.

Just know that if you do the work you can achieve it...Everyone gets to paint their own life's picture! Don't hand over your paintbrushes to anyone.
decide what you want and make a plan that gets you there.
Some people's paths to a journey may be shorter,try not let that discourage you,keep on the path that leads you to your own destination ?
