3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - Hello from the Sunshine State!!

Hi Ladies,

My name is Geoff aka Lady G the Exercise Video Queen. I have been an avid exerciser since 1999. I got into doing videos back in the 1980's when I would do Jane Fonda and Kathy Smith with my mom. She stopped doing videos and she moved on to other fitness endeavors. I got back into videos in 1999 when a friend suggested The Firm, I got a few of the Firm videos and Loved it!! I was scared about lifting weights because I did not want bulky muscles but the Firm tough me that I can lift weights and maintain a firm feminine body with muscle.

For exercise videos I LOVE The Firm, Denise Austin, Kathy Smith, and Margaret Richard just to name a few. I like to do aerobics with weights, and lower body work. I also enjoy ballet and do videos and take classes.

I got the name Lady G the Exercise Video Queen about eight years ago. As I'm sure you can tell I'm a bit feminine and one of my girlfriends started calling me Lady G so the name kind of stuck.
