Hi, I'm Abby!

I've been lurking around here for a couple of weeks, and I think it's about time that I joined. :)

I'm a junior Exercise and Wellness major with a concentration in Health Promotion and recently declared a minor in Nutrition, so I'd love to help out any way I can! Additionally, I'd love to be part of a weight loss/health support group, since I know I'm very susceptible to baking temptations and being lazy.
