Hello everybody!
I got to this website while looking for jillian michaels dvds, so i decided to register and share my progress about diet and exercise :)
I've been dieting since 28th August and i've lost nearly 6 Kg until now (without exercise) :carrot:

I have to put my weight loss ticker in the :) signature..

I joined in October sometime and have to wait 20 days for signature to show up plus have 20 posts. I'm not even sure when my actual date I joined in October is but don't have 20 posts yet either so still waiting for signature requirements to be met lol.

Today was my 4th day of 30DS and day after day i feel less sore and more enthusiastic about this workout!
