starting again! please help im scared!
 

hi everyone! i was on ideal protein all summer and had amazing will power...now however I am back at college and have lost it and have gained about 8 lbs back. I feel terrible about it and am starting fresh again tomorrow. I hate how I was so good and then just lose it all. It makes me feel terrible about myself. I went on this website to help for some motivation especially because winter break is coming up soon and I want to look good in a bikini in florida. I am currently 5'5 and 140 lbs. Ever since I have been off the diet I have felt physically and mentally terrible. ANY SUPPORT AND MOTIVATION IS APPRECIATED LOVE YOU ALL!
