Hello all!
Just a bit of background info on me My name is Crystal im 27 years old. I have three beautiful children. after my third child i had really packed on the weight. after i had my youngest son i weighed 240lbs! i went on a diet and my dr prescribed me phentermine and after about 6 months i was down to around 175 lbs.. that was a year ago. I kept off some for the part but over the last year i fell off the wagon and now im back up to 201 :eek: so here i go again with this journey im going to try weight watchers and exercising this time before asking to be back on phen.. so here we go :carrot:
