Newbie here!
Hi everyone!
I'm Wendy! I'm 30 and a work at home mom. I've always had issues with my weight. Before I got preggos with my DD I lost 100lbs and was the smallest I've ever been. Now, I can't seem to get the weight off no matter what. I think it's a mental roadblock for me. I always seem to go to the extreme's and then I just can't keep it up. So, I think this time, I am going to start with small baby steps and one thing at a time. |

Welcome, Wendy! You're already off to a great start; small goals are key. Once I stopped hoping for huge losses each week and concentrated on what I could do, about 1.5lb a week, I've been able to slowly but surely inch my way to my goal weight for the first time after countless tries.
This place has been a HUGE help. The stories, the girls, the motivation.... If you're willing, you'll definitely reach your goals! Goodluck! |
