I'm new and excited to be here!
 

Hi everyone!
I've juiced off and on over the last 6 months and it suddenly occurred to me that I need a better support system if I'm going to improve my health.
I have 2 children and work from home most of the time.
I've been on a mission to change everything we consider to be the best version of food that we could be consuming. I found my way to serious juice fasting by way of a naturopath who is helping me with some physical needs right now.
