I'm new here, and I've struggled with unhealthy eating habits my whole life. I want to eat healthy to feel better in general and to be more confident with myself, but I always fall back into old habits after a week of dieting. I am hoping to find support here so that I can stay strong!
I am here for the same reason..I really want to reach my goal and it's alittle lonely to do it by yourself. My name is Jody..nice to meet you. I am 43yrs old current weight is 265 but I have loss some which I am really proud of. My first weigh in was 7/23 and I weighed 291. The heaviest I've ever been. I just hate it that because you are overweight you get treated differently..I am sick of it..But that's society for you.. If you ever need a friend please send me a note.
