New SouthBeacher from the Caribbean!
Hi everyone! This is my first day on 3FC and I'm into my second week on the South Beach diet. I'm very excited to join and I hope to be consistent with it. My major problem is lack of motivation and exercise and I really need to start setting realistic goals without becoming discouraged and wanting to give up when I don't meet a target I set for myself. It's gonna be great fun sharing my journey with you all!!!!
