I am losing weight the right way this time. So far I am really motivated and doing great. I just need to see that other people are in the same fight I am and that I can do this. I don't get a lot of encouragement at home so I am here to hopefully learn from those who are at their goals and those who are in the middle of the battle like I am.
I am doing it the right way also. I just started again and have about 60lbs to go. I am sort of following the Weight Watchers program, but sort of on my own. I feel that it will work for me and hope I am right. I am down about 10lbs so far. I am ready to do this as I am about to turn 40 on November! I wanted to be forty and fit, but now it looks like I will have to be 41 and fit! Good luck to you!!!
