Finding myself!
Hey All!
So I guess this is it! I am a newly single mom (50/50 custody) and am now able to focus on myself! My weight loss(and life) plan is all about creating habits. adding one thing in at a time. So far I have added in: A face washing routine Vitamins And this week water! Thanks all for listening! |

Amazing what it takes to find ourselves again. I found myself after discovering uninterupted sleep and how wonderful it is to have the whole bed to myself.
(Unfortunately I seem to have given part of it up to a large labrador retriever named Daisy Mae. She hogs the bottom half!) Keep it up! You're doing beautifully! |
