Hi. I am new to the site and currently on the IP protocol as of Sept. 29, 2012 I have my first weigh in this Saturday at noonish but I am very excited! I only had my headache/lazyness for 1 1/2 days so I hope my Ketosis started
Some stuff about me: I live in the North Pole in Alaska with my hubby of 16 yrs. We have 4 kids, 2 teenagers that still live at home, 2 older, 1 in Alaska and 1 in WV. My husband just reciently lost 65 lbs. so i figured, if he can do it, so can I.
With our cold coming on soon, it will be much harder to excercise but the IP protocol doesn't encourage heavy exercise so I think I will be good.
I have a goal of losing 65 lbs. myself so any tips are ALWAYS welcome and appreciated!
