Need a buddy
hi there,
I am starting my weightloss from today after a long time of being out of control.
I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and it has been 3 years after that still didnt lose any weight.
I need someone to support me and discuss about everyday workout etc.
I am going to start slow..counting cals, walking to start with. Thanks for your support

You definitely came to the right place! Full of buddies  I've been back "on track" for 5 weeks now. The thing I feel most strongly about, and the one piece of advice I would give (take it or leave it of course!) is to go at your own pace and do what works for you. Do not feel like you have to completely change everything about your lifestyle all at once. Ease into exercise. If that means every day, great. If that means only 2x per week, that's great too. Same goes with the diet. If you want to stop what you're doing cold turkey, so be it. But if you want to ease your way into healthier eating one meal or one item at a time, then do that.

Congrats for starting your weight loss journey! You have come to the right place for support with losing weight, this board is great! If you need a one-on-one buddy (like email or something), I would be happy to be your buddy, just let me know. I am also new and starting with counting calories and mostly walking for exercise, so we are in the same boat.
