Hi all, my name is chris and im starting a diet as of tomorrow, i have need to do this for my future health, my dad has heart problems so i would like to protect myself, also for my girlfriend i would like to be able to join her on a horse hide without feeling like in breaking the poor horse.

What i am after here is support as i have tried before with my family and they end up dragging me off track and giving up, i suppose i really need a personal diet buddy to challenge me and keep me going in return for the same as well as group support.

Well thats me and my spill, :carrot: and a dancing carrot just because i liked it :)
